Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Norvabeauty, we want our subscription options to be simple and flexible.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next subscription order, cancellation requests must be made at least 1 month in advance of your next billing date.

Your initial subscription payment is non-refundable once your first order has been processed.

If you cancel after a renewal payment has already been processed, that order will still be fulfilled, and your subscription will then end before the following billing cycle.

To cancel your subscription, please contact us at hello@norvabeauty.com or manage your subscription through your customer account, if available.

If a recurring payment has already been charged before your cancellation request is received, that order will still be processed and your subscription will be cancelled for future renewals.
