30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return or refund, items must:

  • be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • be in resalable condition
  • be accompanied by proof of purchase

Beauty Product Hygiene Policy

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used beauty products, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

This includes products that have been opened, tested, switched, or used in any way.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless required by law:

  • opened or used beauty products
  • items not in their original condition or packaging
  • gift cards
  • sale, clearance, or promotional items

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@norvabeauty.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved and the item is not faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

If you no longer want your order, you may request a return in line with this policy after it has been delivered, provided the item meets the return conditions above.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.
