Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after your order is placed.
Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier and may be affected by delays outside our control.

Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Norvabeauty is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or extra costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@norvabeauty.com and we will do our best to assist.
If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbours, or your local delivery provider. We are not responsible for stolen parcels after delivery has been confirmed.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@norvabeauty.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
International Shipping
If international shipping is offered, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
